Cold Creek Prairie Rose - whelped 5/6/2007 (SOLD)

Blue Shaquille x CH Houston's Belle

Rosie is an attractive, tri-color setter female that weighs about 46 pounds. She is a family dog and lives in the owner’s home. She is highly focused and intense in the field yet low key and affectionate when not being hunted. Rosie is electrifying as she covers the ground with snappy style and a cracking tail. She is line-bred to Houston through her dam CH Houston’s Belle—one of the most successful cover dog field trial setters in the last decade--and sire Blue Shaquille. Rosie has had a wealth of exposure on wild birds--quail in Texas, sharptail grouse and hungarian partridge on the prairies and plenty of ruffed grouse and woodcock in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Rosie has several placements in cover dog and AKC field trials, including puppy, perby and shooting dog wins. She is a completely finished dog, the kind that is seldom offered for sale. Rosie is owned by a client and we are brokering the sale. Please Contact Us for more information.
